Dan Eisenstein is a native Angelino and a child actor who grew up in and around the entertainment industry. While still in high school, Mr. Eisenstein promoted Balistyx, a historical hip hop night that occurred weekly at the Whiskey A Go Go and would also go on to have an ownership stake in Dublin’s Irish Whiskey Pub.
After college Mr. Eisenstein turned his attention to working behind the camera serving in various roles at a number of production companies most notably working closely with Zalman King on his Showtime series Red Shoe Dairies. For a period Mr. Eisenstein left the entertainment industry to take advantage of the booming Southern California Real Estate Market of the time, forming Ironstone Property Management with a partner.
After selling Ironstone Property Management, Mr. Eisenstein joined Urban Commons, LLC where he originated a partnership between Goldenvoice, producer of the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, and Urban Commons, that resulted in an annual schedule of multi day music festivals at the world famous Queen Mary of Long Beach. Another highlight of Mr. Eisenstein’s time at Urban Commons has been overseeing the production of the Queen Mary’s renowned Halloween Haunt Dark Harbor and in 2019 bringing a similar version of the haunt called Dark Horizon to Urban Commons’ Orlando property.
Mr. Eisenstein has donated both time and money to The Guardians, The Jewish Federation and The Jewish National Fund.
